This unit comes with a blue 6 bushel tub that is made from steam cleanable polyethylene for optimum sanitation and convenience. Alternately colored tubs are also available so that you can color-code your process and ensure the best in food safety, where blue tubs are for fish, red for meat, and white for produce, and gray for general purpose.
The all-welded aluminum frame sits atop four 5″ polyurethane swivel casters for smooth mobility and optimum support of up to 500 lb.!
