Perfect for restaurants, hotels, tasting rooms, and specialty wine bars, this compact unit easily removes natural and synthetic corks and does so quickly to get drinks to your guests in a timely manner. Its quiet motor won’t disturb your guests and is powered by an up and down rocker switch, making it easy for any staff member to operate. Its sleek burgundy body is a durable and subtle addition to your bar or counter space. The base allows it to stand independently providing a stable foot to ensure reliable use.
To operate, start by removing any cap or foil from the top of the bottle. Then position the bottle below the corkscrew and insert the bottle into the cradle. Once the bottle is in the cradle the spiral will automatically descend into the cork. When the spiral has extracted the cork, the bottle should be removed as the spiral will retract and expel the cork so that it falls from the unit. To ensure long-lasting use, this set also comes with an extra worm and foil cutter to keep your wine service moving smoothly.
