Accommodating up to 7 crisping boxes, the rack is perfect for cafeterias, farm-to-table cafes, supermarkets, and other food service operations. The angle slides are attached to the frame in 10 3/4″ intervals, creating plenty of clearance for a variety of large ingredients, from lettuce and squash to cantaloupe melon and pineapple.
Because the rack is made of heavy-duty high-tensile extruded aluminum, you can be sure that it’s built to last, even in the rough commercial kitchen environment. Plus, the stainless steel is backed by an impressive lifetime guarantee against rust, so you know you’re investing in a reliable product.
This particular rack is mobile, with a set of 5″ diameter casters bolted securely to the frame.
