With 2 sections for maximum space-efficiency, the rack is designed to hold up to (16) 22″ x 26 7/8″ oval pans, with pan slides spaced 8″ apart. This allows the rack to accommodate pans fully loaded with product.
For long-lasting reliability in virtually any business, the rack is built with heavy-duty aluminum. This construction is even backed by a lifetime warranty against all rust and corrosion, so you know you’re receiving a trusted, capable product!
For your convenience and back-of-house efficiency, the rack comes standard with 5″ heavy-duty casters. Not only do they allow for mobility, but because they swivel, they make maneuvering through narrow hallways and cramped storage areas a breeze. The overall height includes the casters.
