Make it easy for your employees to move sheet pans around your kitchen by adding this Channel 56C end load enclosed non-insulated aluminum bun pan rack to your equipment lineup. Great for commercial kitchens, bakeries, or confectionaries, this bun pan rack can hold up to 20 full size sheet pans. Plus, it features a fully enclosed design, creating a non-insulated cabinet for sheet pan storage. It includes a single aluminum door that opens up to a 270 degree angle for easy loading.
This rack is made of welded, heavy-duty aluminum that has a high tensile strength for long-lasting performance. Its vertical and horizontal frame sections are made of 1 1/4″ extruded aluminum tubing with extra thick walls for stability. The tray slides are welded securely to the frame at 1 1/2″ intervals.
For mobility, this pan rack has 5″ diameter full swivel casters that allow the rack to roll in any direction. The overall height includes the casters. With non-marking wheels, you can be sure that the casters won’t leave scuffs on your clean floors.
