Use it when machine washing all sizes of 2-1/2″ deep food pans and standard steam table inserts. It’s even perfect for health care or correctional facilities using insulated meal delivery compartment trays.
This RFP food pan / insulated meal delivery tray rack holds pans and trays at an angle that allows the dish machine’s spray to reach into deep compartments and corners, while maintaining complete drainage.
