Organize and store your plates, platters, and trays at your restaurant, buffet, or catering company with the help of this Carlisle ADD603 Optimizer black adjustable dish dolly. This dolly is capable of holding 6 stacks of plates measuring 8 3/8″ to 9 3/4″, or 8 stacks of plates measuring 5 1/2″ to 8 1/4″. It can accommodate any plates ranging from 5 1/2″ to 12 1/2″ in diameter, and platters ranging from 9 1/2″ x 7 1/4″ to 13 1/2″ x 10 1/2″. Each stack should be able to accommodate up to 50 or more plates depending on the plate profile you use. Six polyethylene dividers allow you to conveniently adjust the dolly based on your storing needs, and they also help to keep dishes from chipping.
This Carlisle dolly features ergonomically rounded handles, and 10″ non-marking wheels on one end, making it easy to push and transport. Two-handed access to all plates helps to reduce glass breakage, thereby reducing your replacement costs. The rounded corners won’t damage walls if they accidentally knock against them. A vinyl cover with an easy-opening hook and loop side is also included for sanitary storage to help keep dust and other debris off of your plates.
