Transport hot or cold food from your kitchen to your next catered event with the Cambro Camcarrier® 1826MTC401 slate blue insulated tray / sheet pan carrier. Its front loading design holds up to six full size (18″ x 26″) sheet pans / trays, making it easy to move product efficiently. Its molded-in handles also make it comfortable. Plus, because they’re built into the carrier’s design, the handles won’t break off during transit and slow down the loading or unloading process.
To maintain product quality on-the-go, this pan carrier features foamed-in-place polyethylene insulation and an airtight gasket. These ensure temperature retention so that hot food stays hot and cold food stays cold. A recessed vent cap even helps equalize pressure and release steam, preventing food from getting soggy and presenting poorly. When not in use, the carrier easily stacks to take up less space.
