In addition to a 16 oz. capacity with brilliant glass construction, the jar’s notched lid provides easy access to the contents inside. Additionally, the jar’s double-walled design ensures complete insulation, allowing for your drink garnishes or condiments to remain on display at an ideal serving temperature. When paired with a compatible cooling puck (sold separately), it is perfect for keeping maraschino cherries, olives, and lemon wedges primed for service. This jar design ensures there’s no food contact with the cooling puck, keeping contents both sanitary and safe.
To use, simply remove the base and insert the cooling puck between the bottom of the jar and the base to maintain the desired temperature of your condiments.
