Store a variety of food containers, pans, trays, and other supplies in the back-of-house with this Channel UR-12 aluminum 12 shelf mobile rack. With 12 pan slides, the rack accommodates full size food pans, full size sheet pans, totes, and other food storage containers. The pan slides are spaced 5″ from each other and are 3 1/4″ in width. This width ensures that the bottom of totes, pans, or trays are adequately supported during storage.
To withstand regular use, the rack’s frame is entirely welded and made of aluminum. A set of 5″ casters are securely mounted to the rack, too, providing convenient mobility. Because they swivel, the casters allow you to maneuver the rack through tight back-of-house areas with ease. Whether used in a walk-in freezer or dry storage room, this unit is sure to help keep your operation organized.
