Capable of accommodating up to 6 full or 12 half size plastic food boxes or bun pans, the rack is perfect for a variety of operations, from cafeterias and cafes to conference centers and upscale eateries. Store fresh ingredients, spices, and other ingredients in the boxes (sold separately), and easily access them throughout the food preparation process. The slides are spaced 4″ apart to accommodate plenty of product.
