Each cart provides an open storage compartment below the cutlery rack that can hold up to (200) 14″ x 18″ trays, plates, or other items needed for service, while the (4) 1/3 size food pans can hold up to 100 knives, 100 spoons, or 80 forks, and the 1/6 size food pans are perfect for holding a variety of condiments. This cart ships fully assembled so that no complicated setup or assembly is required.
