This Cal-Mil 3492-4-15NL Luxe chilled mixology organizers with notched lid set is a wonderfully unique addition to your bar, restaurant, or cafe! This set includes three 16 oz. glass jars along with a contemporary white base with stainless steel trim. In addition to providing a secure seal that ensures freshness, each jar’s notched lid allows a serving spoon to be held in the container while the lid remains shut. Additionally, the jar’s double-walled base design allows for complete insulation, allowing for the contents inside to remain on display at an ideal serving temperature. Three cooling pucks are included as well, and are perfect for keeping maraschino cherries, olives, and lemon wedges primed for service. This design ensures there’s no food contact with the cooling puck, keeping contents both sanitary and safe.
To use, simply remove the base and insert the cooling puck between the bottom of the jar and the base to maintain the desired temperature of your condiments.
