For your high-volume applications, this model has a heavy-duty welded design that is sure to hold up to frequent use. It is made of durable 18 gauge stainless steel 1″ square tubing for the top and legs so you can be sure it is strong and corrosion-resistant.
This condiment rack can hold up to (5) 1/3 size food pans (sold separately) so you can organize your condiment packets and other take-out items in the most efficient fashion. The top is angled from back to front for easy access when your staff has a large number of take-out orders to package. Since this rack has plastic caps on the bottom of the legs, you can place it on your front-of-the-house or back-of-the-house counters without out worrying that the legs may scratch the surface.
